I've been fortunate to work on freelance projects with sales staff from the likes of Loreal, Tesla and Netflix.

3. What is it you love most about working in the sales industry and why?
​
The customer experience element is what I gravitate to. I love understanding the relationship between the company, their product / service and their customer - and all the interconnected touch points that run through this process.

4. Are there any important tips you would give to sales professionals looking to take their careers to the next level?
​
Make sure you truly believe in the product or service you are selling. Growth and success will follow you if this is the case.
5. What would be your motivational advice to salespeople that are going through a bit of a slump?
​
Sales is a constantly changing cycle - a slump is perfectly normal at times and will almost certainly lead into brighter times - a positive mental attitude will always steer your sales compass in the right direction.
6. Do you recommend any useful digital sales tools, platforms or sales training courses that can help sales professionals raise their games?
Outreach is a great followup automation tool that I use.
